My experience at Capital EuroCars has been exemplary of excellence in service after the sale. Parke Stafford has been the epitome of caring and professionalism. He takes care of the service on my car and streamlines the process. Each encounter with Parke is like taking a few minutes with an old friend. I trust him to give me clear and accurate information. Yes “excellence” as a service advisor❣️

It took several weeks to get my Sprinter in for service, but well worth the wait. Joe Trozzo handled everything in a friendly, professional manner. He kept me updated on progress and explained all work completed. Lucas, the Sprinter tech, brought my van to me and talked about what he’d done. I highly recommend the team at Capital Eurocars for your MB service needs.

Wow a great day at Capital Eurocars Mercedes. Parke Stafford greeted me, listened to what I needed done and met my expectations. I told him I would wait for my car so he ensured that the persons that were needed to work on my issues knew this and I was out of there in the best time ever. All my issues were addressed and a nice washed car was ready for me at the door. Thanks Parke and all the mechanics and staff at Capital Eurocar for your great customer service. Judy Brown

Parke Stafford at Capital City Eurocars Mercedes service was exceptional. He communicated with me throughout the B-1 service I was getting done. Sent status updates and even got my car finished early. And on top of Parke’s great customer service my car was sparking clean inside and out when I picked it up as he made sure it was washed and detailed. They go over and above with customer service.

Capital Eurocars has been servicing my cars for 8 years and I consider them to be the best. They exhibit professionalism in every aspect of their business. Parke Stafford is my personal service representative and I love working with him. He has a genuine interest in taking care of my auto and in listening to my concerns. He’s also helped me out in emergencies when I needed my car serviced. The courtesy shuttle service is wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend Parke and the entire dealership!
